MANGO STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIES

Ingredients (Serves 1)
5 large strawberries
1 cup (250ml) full fat coconut milk
1/2 a ripe mango diced
1 large frozen banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maca powder (optional)
Instructions
Blend strawberries to a puree using your hand blender, food processor or high speed blender.
Place in to a large jar or glass. Rinse out vessel/blending option of choice.
Blend together all other ingredients.
Pour in on top of strawberry puree.
Swirl and serve with fresh strawberries to garnish.
